Luxury Bath Spokane is an independently owned dealer of Luxury Bath products, made by Bath Concepts. This policy covers luxurybathspokane.com and the estimate request forms on it.
Information we collect
When you ask for a free estimate, we collect what you type into the form:
- Your first and last name
- Your phone number and email address
- Your ZIP code
- The service you are interested in, and any message you add
We also record which page the form was sent from and the time it was sent. Like most websites, our host keeps basic server logs, such as IP addresses and browser type, to keep the site running and secure.
How we use it
We use your information to call or email you about your request, to schedule your free in-home consultation and to prepare your estimate. We do not sell your information. We do not share it with other companies for their own marketing.
Who we share it with
We share information only with the services that help us run this website and handle form requests, such as our web host. We may also share it when the law requires it.
Text messages
We do not currently send marketing text messages. If that changes, we will ask for your consent first and update this policy.
Cookies and outside services
This site does not use advertising cookies. Our fonts load from Google Fonts, which may receive your IP address when a page loads.
How long we keep it
We keep estimate requests only as long as we need them to serve you and keep our business records.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it. Email info@luxurybathspokane.com and we will respond.
Children
This site is meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will post the new version here with a new date.
